please will you help for the coding for detection of object in a perticular part of image when the image is divided into four parts by using partioning of image?

I want to detect object in a perticular part of the image when we divide image into four part means we take one image as a refrance and compairing that image with another image with only difference that containig object . so i want to show that difference in those images .please help me with this.
