matlab 2017b on lenovo y720 cannot be open.

I installed matlab 2017b on my laptop lenovo y720 on windows 10 and when I open matlab it shows me the "open screen" and stay on it and matlab cant be open.
The matlab don't give me any error message.
any help will be appreciated.

It’s better you contact The MathWorks support team by clicking the Contact Is button on the top right corner of this web page. Volunteers here do not have access to those type of information.
