STM32 embedded code probleme

Hello every time i create a C code from simulink i get the same code and it doesn't contain any function just the initialisation. I am really confused i have even tried the simpliest codes:GPIO and a pulse and didn't get anything ! can someone please help me it's an emergency ! i am working with a stm32F446Re NUclea and i am using the STM32package on matlab 2016b .
