delete rows from matri with condition

I had matrix A(1*24),cell B(24*1) and in each cell different number of rows size(n*24),C(1*24) and C is the sum of all rows from each cell of B. Now U=find(C>A) and lets say for U 1st value is 11 then remove rows from B's 11th cell one by one and update C=C-removed row, until C<B, and same for all values of U. thanks
