how do i get output of a data set in a simulink model ??? also how can i develop an equation in my simulink block ???

i created a model of wind turbine using subsymtems and masking procedures ....i want to check its ouput of two parameters ( diameter ratio vs speed ratio) which are given below.... Dr=[ 1 2 3 ......8] SR=[0.7073 1.414......] In order to get actual speed ratio, i have to multiply my error equation with the calculated speed ratio... my error equation is, E=a*(sin(x-pi))+b*((x-10)^2) +c ; where a= 2.716, b=-0.1286, c=13.13.... i m not able to built this equation in my model....help me generate this equation and to get the ouput of diameter ratio vs speed ratio ?????
