Kinect For Xbox One w/ Adapter VS Kinect for Windows v2

Does Kinect for Xbox One with Kinect Adapter for Windows works identically as Kinect for Windows v2 with Image Acquisition Toolbox Support Package for Kinect For Windows Sensor?

Yes it does - use the 'kinect' adaptor after downloading the "Image Acquisition Toolbox for Kinect for Windows" Support Package.

Hi Suresh, can you explain how to get skeleton data frames from Kinect XBox One sensor into Matlab?I am unable to do it with image acquisition toolbox.

Dear Avinash, I tried the solution provided by you in the link. It is showing a color image with following errors:

1)Error event occurred at 16:21:32 for video input object: Depth_512x424-kinect-2. Unable to allocate memory for an incoming image frame due to insufficient free physical memory.

2)GETDATA timed out before FRAMES were available.

Also, I am not able to get skeleton and joint data of tracked body. Please help for the same. Thanks in advance.
