How to To create a ground truth table, use the Image Labeler app

Hi, I am currently learning how to use the Image Labeler app to create a ground truth table for the detection of vascular structures in an PNG image.

I could really use some guidance here; for the creation of a good training data I need to transfer/save/export the information of a set of training images into a ground truth table. For some reason I simply cannot find the option that supports this feature even after going through all the manuals and info of the Image Labeler app., what I am missing here? Thanks!
