How to give the entire images for positive instances in trainCasca​deObjectDe​tector function?

I am doing human detection using trainCascadeObjectDetector function. But getting lot of false positives. Si I am increasing the number of training images. I need to know how to give the images in a folder as positive instances rather than giving it through bounding boxes, which takes lot of time.
