How can i charge a function programme in matlab into arduino?

hello everyone; i have a matlab programme in ECG signal processing (preprocessing by polynomial interpolation and butterworth filter), i want charge this one in arduino for a medical telemonitoring project, in this cas the package arduinioIO of matlab not marched because i want deconnected arduino and use it wirelessly, i generated the C++ file for my function programme in matlab coder but, i can't use this file in arduino, the err shown that i must have an file.IDE or .ino extention, thank you for answere my quation.
