How to write a OS CFAR algorithmus for RADAR using MATLAB

Hello, can anybody tell me, how to write MATLAB code for OS (ordered statistic) CFAR algorithm? I do not have the license to the Phased Array system toolbox, so that I can not use the code from the toolbox. can anyone tell me how to write the code without Matlab toolbox? thanks all of you very much
