Where can I find the C version of MATLAB functions like filter, interp, filtfilt ?

I am working on ECG signal QRS detection in MSP430F5438A. I am implementing the Pan- Tomkins algorithm. Here I found a MATLAB version of it as well: https://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/45840-complete-pan-tompkins-implementation-ecg-qrs-detector. I need to implement the algorithm in my embedded system. So, C version of the functions used here will be helpful for me to proceed. It would be great if anyone can help me with that.
Thanks.

Linear interpolation of 1 D function.

Note: you can be a bit more efficient if you use a binary search to find the correct segment.

The mentioned routines are not (fully?) supported by MATLAB Coder.

Yes, Walter is correct, the built-in MATLAB function is not changeable by the coder.

You can search OpenCV for functions that do similar things. It's open source image processing code.
