"It doesn't work" is a weak description of the problem. Please explain the details. It is easier to solve a problem than to guess, what the problem is.
it doesn't work is useless to us. If you get an error, you need to show us the exact error message (everything in red). If it does not produce the result you expect, you need to tell us what result you get and what you expected (and why)
Otherwise, we've left to speculate as to why it doesn't work. Maybe you haven't turned your computer on?

There is no Simulink in the environment where the App is executing.

Hello zineb,
Your command has two mistakes.
1. find-system : find_system
2. 'Type' : 'BlockType'
Please try following script.
find_system(bdroot,'SearchDepth','10','BlockType','Inport') %: you want to get Inport block
find_system(bdroot,'FindAll','on','SearchDepth','10','type','port') % you want to get porthandle
Regards,
stozaki
