Linear regression for a dataset

I have two vectors in the attached file. The variable with wind speed has missing data points. I would like to know if there is a way to fit a linear regression method to the vectors, time vs wind speed?

Looking at the Time vs Wind Speed plot, I don't think linear regression is suitable way to fit your data.

I know it is not a suitable. I am just testing various Imputation methods for estimating missing data. I just want to show that it is not suitable.
