Image deblurring with unknown PSF (Point Spread Function) and Noise information

Hello Everyone,

I have tried deconvlucy() and deconvblind() both with rendom PSF. As per my understanding, one has to have the precise knowledge of PSF and noise to make the image more informative. Only thing I know is- the blur in the image is due to out-of-focus (Defocus) problem.

Is there any method to resolve it?
