Fast Restart in simulink

I am trying to run number of simulations inside of for loop with Fast Restart mode. My model is:
So I am able to change amplitude of DC Voltage source on every step. BUT! surprisingly I can not do the same with the value of the Series RLC Branch. What is the proplem with that?
