I need a help on writing the Matlab code for dynamic shortest path routing problem using Genetic algorithm.

i have a mobile ad hop network and the static path routing code but i dont know about how to write code for dynamic shortest path routing problem with minimizing the cost. i am using the memory scheme based ga.. if any one have that code or know something about it then let me know..
