Matlab zigbee communication to send data

Hi Friends I am doing project on sending filtered signal to control led connected with arduino uno through zigbee which gets data through matlab. Now I have filtered signal variable as 'y',I need to send this through zigbee which is connected with pc to arduino which is connected coordinator zigbee to control led Kindly help me
