I want to read text file after push bottom, which display and i want to edit any thing edit and than after saving in same text file in GUI matlab.

i want to read text file after clicking a push bottom. this text file is show in editable box but can not changes the value . if any this changes in text in editable option which is updates after clicking push bottom in GUI matlab. this two problem not be solve, pls help.
