How to pass variable parameters to mcc compiler being run within a script?

Given a m-script (although it doesn't work but shows the idea):

% defining a couple of variables
Exename='Myprog';
Inputdir='c:\Mydir';
Mfilename=[Inputdir '\' Exename '.m'];
Filemask=[Inputdir '\*.m'];

% running Matlab Compiler
mcc -m Exename -d Inputdir Mfilename -a Filemask

Error using mcc - The output directory, 'Inputdir' does not exist.

There is a function version:

mcc(options,mfilename)
