How I can generate a compiler file (.exe) in arduino with a .p file?

I have a simple code of a GUIDE in matlab with Arduino code, when I want to compile the GUI, the program shows me an error, P files cannot be analyzed to find their dependencies.

the file is: getarduinocomport.p

Can I find a solution?
