Why do I get this thin line?

I use the 3d dicom viewer from matlab community (see https://uk.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/47463-imshow3dfull--3d-imshow-in-3-views

And I get a very thin line like (see picture I attach), on Coronal and Sagittal planes. Why is this? Probably, that my images do not have isotropic voxel size? If this is the reason, any suggestion to fix it?

Now I finally managed to get regular size Sagittal and Coronal planes but too distorted. See Image I attach.

How to fix it? I think it has to do with interp3 something, but I got a lot errors with it.

The grid vectors do not define a grid of points that match the given values.
