How to add explicative text in Simulink

Hi. Is there any way to add a text (like a comment) in a simulink file ? thanks in advance

Do you mean a comment in a .mdl file, where someone would have to open the file in a text editor to see the comment?

I would recommend that instead you use annotations; https://www.mathworks.com/help/simulink/ug/annotations.html
