How do i input random data from OFDM ( from IFFT) inside genetic algoritham coding?

i need to put a data from IFFt from OFDM coding (using QAM ) into my genetic algorithm coding. My problem is that it is a random data and have no fitnessfunction. how do i solve it. thank you
