using Dynamic Time Warping for temporal registration

Hello every one. i have 2 signals which i have obtain them from two image modalities. now i want to temporally align them. i have to use dynamic time warping algorithm for this reason. could anyone tell me how can i do that and see the matched images (in time) of two categories? thanks a lot
