any body working on multiobjective economic dispatch, please how to evaluate normalized membership function, i find membership function muui(symbol)how to evaluate muu^k

Based on what the image describes, assuming you are giving (F,Fmax,Fmin,M,N) as input, normalized membership function can be calculated using the following function script.

i am having data 10 values, now F means what? can i take each value of 10, is it correct. 2. Fmin and Fmax has to be select max and min values among 10 values, is it correct. 3. What is M and N?

after getting pareto optimal solution, i am applying clustering, so finally i will get cluster data. to this iam applying fuzzy.
