When I open PIVlab session I get error, Why? file could not file

In that error message, one of the components of the directory name is "Frames". However, when I look closely at the spacing, it looks to me as if there might be a space between the e and the s, "Frame s". Compare the spacing between the characters in that part of the error message to the spacing between the e and s in "images" later in the error message.

Well, I guess you deleted or moved the image files...?

I am using 500 frames to analyze high speed velocity is it optimum number of frames for PIVlab?
That depends an many parameters, I would recommend that you post example images and your setup in the PIVlab forum.

I attached the PIV setting the frames are 500 I cannot attach all. so I only attach 200. How can I send you PIV session which I save for the results. For data I am collecting almost all the parameters.

Hi, sorry to say that, but this dataset will not give you any useable results. It is totally motion blurred, there is tons of compression artifacts, the seeding is way too low, and the particles move way too much from one image to the other.
In order to get some velocity estimate from this setup, you have to:
  1. Increase the frame rate by a factor of 5 to 10 (or slow down the flow)
  2. Use less compression of the images
  3. Increase the seeding by a factor of 4 to 8
I am filming video at 240 fps and then changing into frames by computer. I cannot change the flow rate so what should I do how can change the other factors and what is seeding factor. I am attaching the video clip which I shot at 240 fps and changed into frames using MATLAB code which I also attached. After wards I put put frames in arranged form in PIVlab and analyzed them for parameters. Please, tell me whats wrong. Regards
You should increase the frame rate and increase the seeding (= amount of particles). You need to have at least 5-10 particles per interrogation area to get good results.
Please also focus the camera.
