Why is existing mex file getting deleted while compiling the model?

I am trying to compile a Simulink model with stateflow present inside. Because of statflow I'm getting following error: * _"Make Error" -> Making simulation target "ModelName_sfun",...
This program is blocked by group policy. For more information, contact your system administrator_*
So I old replaced mex file which compiled on old model.
But when I'm updating the model, the mex file is getting deleted, and I'm getting the same above error.
I thought I could compile the model using old mex file. Thank you for your suggestions.

Simulink will generate a new mex file for the stateflow block when it detects a change to the model. This ensures that the mex file is consistent with the stateflow model. You will need to get proper permissions so that MATLAB can write to the current working directory.

How can I get proper permission for MATLAB to write in current directory? Thanks.

Thanks for your reply. I understood, But I've a condition. 1. I'm able to generate mex file from a s-function block. 2. I'm unable to generate mex file for a stateflow model, as it is showing above error.
MATLAB is able to write mex for s-function but not for stateflow!
