How can I get the measurements of the simulink block by m program file?

I was designing a program to simulation a variable structure model, so I used m program to control the simulink block and form a model,but now, I don't know how can i get the output for the block. I know that multimeter can output the measurements of block, but how can i set it by m program? thanks
