connect centre of each grid in a plot

In the attached file I have calculated the coordinates of centre of each grid.But i need to connect each centre with its adjacent centres and it should be unique and have to assign an id for each connection .There are 394*135 grids.

attached figure looks some thing different......center of each grid should be a point..what is the image about?

Actually the grids are too small to mark the centres ,but i have the coordinates of the centres.The image is scatter plot of longitude and latitude.

In the image all blue points are centers?

No,they are the coordinate ie longitude,latitude.If you see carefully there are small grids which can be seen.And the centres are for each very small rectangular box the grid forms.The centres are not marked otherwise it would make the picture more clumsy.
