How can I activate Matlab 2016b?

I have Matlab downloaded, bu it doesnt work, I need to change the login name of my license. The problem is that I need to re activate Matblab to do so, and I can not find the way to do this. Could anybody help me with this?? thks

there will be a license_standalone.lic file by browsing it you can activate your matlab 2016 software
