How to run python code in matlab?

Hello, I need to read some parameters of a board (connected via USB to PC). I couldnt find a code in Matlab for this reason but in Python there are some USB descriptor codes. But I need those parameters (specially Serialnumber of product) in my Matlab script. I want to know if it is possible to take that parameter in Matlab? if no, how can I run Python code in Matlab?

The MATLAB Answers here discusses how to call Python scripts from MATLAB. Basically, you need to make a string for your command, then make a call to the system to run it.
