SimBiology Desktop Fitting using Concentration and response time profiles

Dear Support,

Would you please advise me how to fit parameters (Smax and SC50) in the following PD model

dR/dt = kin - kout* (1 + Smax*Cplasma/(SC50+Cplasma) )* R, with R(0)=100%

using the observed the time profiles of Cplasma and R?

An example of dataset for Cplasma and R is given below.
