How to replace nan with the mean of the four numbers surrounding it?

Hi,
I have a large matrix and there are nan in it. Sometimes a whole row is a nan. How to replace nan with the mean of the four numbers surrounding it? And sometimes, two NaNs are side by side. Thanks!
