how to run the downloaded matlab code of efficient LBP

I am beginner to matlab and i would like to extract texture features through LBP I have dowloaded EfficientLBP.m file I could find 10 matlab files along with demoefficientlbp.m Is it necessary to write all the functions to run please give me the sequence of execution
Please help me
