update matlab 2018a 1 failed .Why it is happend??

now I still have trouble to run ' syms b' these sentences.

The download link should have provided you with Update 3 these days rather than Update 1.

The reason why I use the update 1 is because matlab2018a can not run syms command. https://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/399991-syms-sym-and-mupad-functions-cause-matlab-to-freeze#answer_319490 here. So i do not know what to do.

The link in the bug report to https://www.mathworks.com/downloads/web_downloads/download_update?release=R2018a&s_tid=ebrg_R2018a_1_1755918 mentions Update 1, but really it currently leads to Update 3.

What error are you getting when you try to do the installation?
