How to insert values into a imagesc color map?

Hi, I represent correlation of values from a matrix in a imagesc color map (style hot). Additionally I want to add values (numbers in the graph) now (all or just for selected correlations e.g. when they are above 0.7). Any suggestions how I can do this?
