Control of PRM1Z8 Stage Using ActiveX

Hello, I am trying to control a Thorlabs PRM1Z8 motorized rotation stage. It is connected to a Thorlabs KDC101 brushed DC servo motor controller. I would like to control the stage using ActiveX commands in MATLAB, but I am not able to currently. I have working code for a Thorlabs LTS300 stage. However, the code that I am trying to use for the PRM1Z8 yields the error "An APT Server internal error has occurred" followed by the dialogue shown below. My PRM1Z8 code is attached. I think that I am using the wrong progid or perhaps my use of handles is wrong. Any help is very much appreciated.
