Do you want the variables to each be columns of one overall sheet, with the column names according to the variable names? If so then we need to know for sure that the variables are all vectors.
Do you want the variables to each be written to individual sheets?
Saving all of the variables will require dynamically referencing variables by name, which is not recommended. We recommend that you not create numbered variables like that. See http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/304528-tutorial-why-variables-should-not-be-named-dynamically-eval
