how to test fresh sample data with trained data set

hello, I have 1000 row X 100 column data. I trained the data using nnstart method using trainlm. Now have to chuck fresh sample of 100x1 data with trained model and justify that which category it belonging to of the target. please help me. also need to prepare the GUI for this using matlab. please provide guidelines.
