Is there any PMU block available in Simulink?

Actually PMU(Phasor Measurement Unit) measures voltage and current phasors along with frequency and its rate of change. In Matlab, there is a block called PLL-based PMU block. Is this block same as PMU block? Will it give same measurements as from PMU?
