Can't connect DE0 nano DoC altera

Hi,

I try to use Embedded Coder to program a DE0-nano-SoC from Altera. I'm stuck in the setup of the Support Package "Embedded Coder Support Package for Intel SoC Devices". I choose direct connection with my computer with ethernet and UART connection, I write the OS on the SD card but I can't connect Matlab to the board... I though that it works friday but today nothing wants to work !

Did someone already use th DE0-nano-SoC with Matlab ? How can I make it work ?
