How to generate code for Enumeration and Structure Datatype?

We have used structure datatype with 2 different datatypes (Ex: fxdt and Enum). We have generated code with normal config settings but we are unable to analyse generated code. When we created S-function, we got a lot of errors like it is shown in the attachment given. We have shared the sample model with it's generated code. Please provide solution for the same.
