Accessing data in 4D CELL

I have a 4D cell with the following sizes A{17,10,16,10}(2,3). However, it only contains data on:

% A{d,sw,hLS,cv}
 d=[10 11];
 sw= [5 6];
 hLS = [9 10];
 cv = 1:10

and inside it has a cell [2x3 double].

The rest are empy as: (1,1,1,1)

A(1,1,1,1) =

    cell

      {[]}

I would like to copy the single values of A{10:11,5:6,9:10,1}(1,1) into a 3D array of 2x2x2.
