Plot 3d for galaxy in different time

I have 5 datasets of a single galaxy in different times and I want to plot all of them, using subplot or something else. What I have achieved so far was this

but it looks very bad and also has different scales. Does anyone have an idea of how to plot them in a nicer way?

We cannot guess, what you consider as "nicer". Because we do not know, how your data are represented, we cannot post a matching methods for drawing also. So please post the current code and explain, what you want to achieve. Adjusting the limits is easy using the xlim, ylim and zlim commands, or setting the corresponding properties of the axes objects.
