I need a pulse width demodulator block in Simulink

For my university project I have to read RC signals in Simulink while embedding it to Raspberry Pi. But I need PWM signal demodulator block in Simulink. The image is what I need. I could not build this blocks in Simulink. Can anyone help me to do that?
