Program that will generate a continuous voltage for an allotted time period and then after that time period it will output another value for a different time

I need to created a program that will control the generation of the voltage from a device I can connect. It needs to be time controlled and I only need it to fluctuate between two voltage values. Can anyone create such a program? I am very bad with Matlab.
