Hi everyone, I'm trying to solve a three-point bvp, following:
https://www.mathworks.com/help/releases/R2018a/matlab/ref/bvpinit.html
However, I get the error message:
"Index exceeds array bounds.
Error in ConcentrationProfilesinLimestoneSlurryLiquidFilm>materialbalanceodes (line 63) dydx(1) = y(6);
Error in bvparguments (line 105) testODE = ode(x1,y1,odeExtras{:});
Error in bvp4c (line 130) bvparguments(solver_name,ode,bc,solinit,options,varargin);
Error in ConcentrationProfilesinLimestoneSlurryLiquidFilm (line 4) sol = bvp4c(@materialbalanceodes,@materialbalancebc,solinit);"
What can I try? Please see the code on the attachment or below:
x = [0, 10e-6, 20e-6, 20e-6, 30e-6, 40e-6];
solinit = bvpinit(x,[4.03e-08, 3.39e-02, 2.60e-01, 5.45e-01, 4.82e-03, 0, 0, 0]); sol = bvp4c(@materialbalanceodes,@materialbalancebc,solinit);
y = deval(sol,x); plot(x,y(1,:),x,y(2,:),x,y(3,:),x,y(4,:),x,y(5,:)) legend('SO_2','HSO_{3}^{-}','SO_{3}^{2-}','HCO_{3}^{-}','CO_{3}^{2-}')
