How to phase shift discrete time sinusoidal waveform by a certain phase angle?

Hello. I am using MATLAB 2018a. I am trying to phase shift discrete time sinusoidal waveform by a certain phase angle, say 100 degrees in Simulink. I have tried to use the Variable Phase Shift block but that is not not compatible with my simulation. Also tried, the complex phase shift block but that only gives a phase shift of 180 degrees. I have also tried to use the time delay blocks and transport delay but they only give me a time delay and not a phase shift.

I can do a phase shift of 180 degrees but i want to be able to change the phase to different values.
