Acces Simulink Signal during simulation

Hey everybody, I'm currently trying to predict the relaxation of a Battery during runtime. What I'm using is current-profile and the corresponding voltage signal of a battery as the input signal for a simulink model where several other operations are processed such as a check-up if the signal can be declared as "relaxed". What I now want to do is the if the current turns from ~=0 to ==0 I want to export the Voltage signal and put it in a fitting function to predict the final Value of the exponential course of the voltage. the image show said Battery Voltage and current. So now when the current turns 0 for that long period of time I want to have a vector, that contains the voltage values for starting from the time the current turned =0. It would be enough for the program to create a vector with the voltage signals after 30 minutes, and then again after 45 minutes and so on.
I hope I was able to make myself clear enough as of my task.
I already looked up the documentation for running a simulation from matlab code, but couldn't find a real solution to my problem. I also checked the "Accessing Block Data during Simulation" site but wasn't sure if this is what i really need.
Thanks in advance for any help
