import txt file + colheaders automatically in the WRONG place

I am importing a txt file, which I created from SBML cause I needed to alter it a bit.
Not it is making colheaders randomly. Is it cause there is a limit on the amount of data, how do I tackle this?

How big is your file? If possible, please upload a sample file by clicking the paperclip button.

Stephen, I want to also give a user the option to upload a file as a non-smbl file.
